The staff provided an excellent welcome upon my arrival. my room (it was a king suite view) offered ample space and cleanliness. i found the bed very comfortable. breakfast provided great choice. I especially enjoyed the gluten-free options (thanks to chef reece!).
i found the bar closing quite early on saturday night (midnight!). perhaps extending the hours slightly would better serve hotel residents. otherwise, my stay was excellent.

the check-in process was efficient, and all staff members i encountered was genuinely happy to assist me. their friendly and helpful attitude added positively to my overall experience. staff were attentive during breakfast service.

Room 209 had a lovely view of the race course. the spa area, though compact, was adequate given the few guests using it. I found the sauna and turkish bath to be good. the pool was just big enough for doing lengths at approximately 15 meters.
The wardrobes required some maintenance. In one room, a sliding door was stuck. in the other room, the door had been removed altogether. I found this a bit inconvenient.

The bar area had a nice atmosphere. There was a good choice of bar meals and snacks. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. It was very nice and good value too. tables were cleared quickly.

The hotel is located on a regular bus route, so it is very easy to get into town. the hotel is situated just outside of the center. This made it convenient for accessing various amenities. the race course is a short walk.

The breakfast offered a good choice of food and I thought it was acceptable value for money.
The room I booked lacked updated technology. Light switches were only by the door (so inconvenient!) and the bedside lamps gave off an orange light. The main lights were small and on the opposite side of the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. I appreciated the hydration station. It was very useful. The breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice of food (I especially liked the variety of pastries).
The pool was smaller than I expected for a spa hotel. I also thought hotel guests should not pay extra for parking. On arrival, I was told that online check-in does not work, a bit strange since I completed it.
